Team Growth Reward

A one-time reward for building a real, transacting network

Once at least 100 people across your referral tree (any generation) have each done both of the following — joined as a member and completed at least one real resort/travel booking or real-estate transaction — you qualify for a one-time Team Growth Reward of ₹10,000 (cash or voucher, at Meta Global's discretion).

Joining alone never counts

Only members who have personally completed a real transaction count toward the 100. A tree of 500 people who never book or buy earns ₹0 towards this reward — it is a recognition of real, verified business your network has generated, not of headcount.

This reward is paid once per qualifying member, is separate from (and in addition to) the Recognition Milestones above, and is subject to verification, Meta Global's rewards policy, and applicable taxes/TDS.

Virtual Land Booking Credit

A real 5-acre plot, in pieces you can top up or cash out any time

Meta Global has purchased 5 acres of land — 500 plots of 1 dismal each, currently published at ₹3,00,000 per dismal. Your ₹1,000 membership fee is recorded as booking credit against this real inventory, and you can add to it in any amount, as often as you like — ₹10 today, ₹50 next week, whatever suits you.

Certificate Tracks Your Credit

Every rupee you've put in is recorded on your Virtual Land Certificate as booking credit toward the 500-plot inventory, valued at Meta Global's currently published price per dismal.

Convert to Land, or Redeem for Cash

Once your credit reaches the value of a full plot, apply it toward registered ownership of a specific dismal. Or, at any time, ask Meta Global to buy your credit back in cash at that day's published price.

Booking credit, not a tradable investment

Your credit cannot be sold, transferred, or traded to another member, and there is no member-to-member marketplace. It can only be redeemed with Meta Global directly, at the price Meta Global has published for that date — set from Meta Global's own valuation of the land (comparable local sale rates), never from how many members want credit that day. This is what makes it a genuine land-purchase facility rather than an investment scheme.

How redemption works

You can request a cash redemption of your credit balance at any time; Meta Global settles it within 15 business days at the price published on the date of your request. The published price is reviewed periodically based on real local land rates and can be revised up or down — it is not a guaranteed or fixed return, and redemption value is not promised to exceed what you put in.

Only 500 plots (5 acres) exist under this facility. Once fully booked, new top-ups pause until further inventory is added; existing certificate holders can still convert or redeem as normal. Registered legal transfer of land happens only once a member's credit covers a full, registrable plot and they choose to convert rather than redeem cash; balances below that remain as redeemable booking credit. All conversions and redemptions are subject to verification, Meta Global's land sale policy, and applicable stamp duty/registration charges as per Jharkhand state law.

What this membership is not

It is not an investment product. The ₹1,000 fee is not a deposit and does not carry any promised, fixed, or guaranteed return. It purchases membership benefits and earning eligibility only, as described above.

How commission flows through your binary tree

Every member you sponsor is placed on your Left leg or Right leg, building a binary tree under you. Whenever a pair completes — one real, verified transaction on the Left side and one on the Right side, at the same depth — commission is paid as a percentage of the invested amount, level by level up your tree. What counts as a completed pair

A pair completes at a given level when both the Left-side and Right-side member at that same depth have each completed a real, verified resort/travel booking or real-estate transaction. The percentage above is paid on the invested amount of the transaction that completes the pair — only once the pair is genuinely complete, and only for the level at which it completed.
